A CF card has added a second folder. Many images still in card but they aren't visible in either folder. Before trying to "unhide" them I would like to find a prg. that will dump the contents of the Cf to Hdrive unaltered. Can't access the Kodak cam unless mounted in Win. Software exits Kodak says but wouldn't give any leads except "in out there"! Any thoughts appreciated.

find a cf card reader or a pcmcia card reader... i know a lot of people at work who have either of these, so you can try and see if anyone at work as a digital camera and ask them... when i plug my cf card into the pcmcia of my laptop (the adapter is only around 10 dollars) the card mounts as a mapped disk and looks like a removable drive... (like zip drive) and you can do whatever you want to it... i believe a cf card reader does the same thing... the speed of these things are fast... if you use serial port and have a big cf disk... i'd suggest getting either the above... i transfer a 48mb under 2 mins
