Neutral light finally came on after 3 days of riding it! I didn't even know there was one. When [N] is lit, and you put the stand down, the engine does not stop? Unlike when [N] is not lit, but bike is in neutral, the engine will cut off.Rubber gasket around black plastic key protector is coming off.
Yellow reflector sticker on front hugger, right side, about to come off.
I'll need a rear hugger, there's debris flying up.
Rear brakes are powerful, actually has some use!
Front brakes has nice feel through the lever, but doesn't seem to be very powerful.

First off you should just get those silly DOT reflector stickers off before they fall off or discolor the paint. They are an aesthetic affront! :-) They peel off easily as you are finding out! There are two bolts holding that key protector on (the coolant fill is under there BTW) if you loosen those up and reintsall the gasket and tighten it down it should be OK.
The front brakes should have the Italian salad oil flushed out of them and have a good bleeding. They still need a good bedding in. When I first got mine it would barely stop at all. Now it will pull a fine stoppie and I wonder if the front fork springs aren't too soft.

as far as I know, there are two types of hugger available... Phil Read (readracing@aol.com)do a big red one, which stops lots of dirt, Casoli do a really trick small carbon fibre one, which is much sexier!

Check out the QB carbon hugger, it is completely integrated with the chain guard, ie replaces the original. Quality is excellent, fit is good and it is also reasonable value, note I have tried others and they do not come close
