I just got a digital camera last week -- a Kodak DC 240 -- and have questions about printing the photos as opened in PhotoShop 5.0/Mac. Simply, how do I set up the image for most accurate color and best resolution. (If I recollect, the pictures are being taken in the 1.3 megapixel size.) I printed one picture in particular that was blurry in that grayish areas printed awfully blurry looking. (I'm not refering to the actual sharpness of the picture.) My printer is an Epson 740. Thanks.

Mitchell,Just open the picture in Photoshop, go to IMAGE, IMAGE SIZE, make sure the little box at the bottom is NOT checked (that's the one where Photoshop will add pixels for you whether you like it or not) then hit AUTO. A box will appear asking about screen resolution. I typed in 133. Hit OK. The size will automatically adjust to the correct size and resolution.
Then, using Photoshop, you can make the adjustments you need, sharpen the image and print it. SHOULD be no problem.
There ARE other issues that can affect your photos...and I'm sure someone will touch on them as this string goes along.
