"Be Still My Heart" will be seen this week and "All In The Family" will be seen next week. Let's be honest now. Who will be able to watch "All In The Family" again? I don't think I can. It was so sad. I liked Lucy alot. In fact I could relate to her because she was alot like me. So I probably won't see it again. What about you? Do you think you can see that again? I doubt it'll be any easier the second time around.

I taped it and everytime I watch it I cry for about an hour. I loved Lucy! She was like my favorite character almost. It won't be any easier but it still is the best episode ever. Emmy deserving!

I couldn't stand Lucy. There wasn't anything redeeming in her character that I found. I was shocked at her death, because at that time I wasn't into these newsgroups and such, and didn't know that she was leaving the show. And the acting was powerful, of course. If I have a problem with watching these episodes again, it'll be because I know what it's going to do to Carter in the long run...But Lucy? I just don't miss her. She always irritated me, to be honest.

Before those two episodes, I liked ER just fine, would watch on occassion, flip to the reruns if I was home. After those two episodes, I was flung violently into the world of ER, from which I am yet to escape. I didn't tape them because I wasn't obsessed with ER then. I have been looking foward to these reruns since I first saw the episodes. I didn't really "know" the characters then, I knew who they were, I had a clue of their personalities, but I didn't really know them. Now I do, and I'm curious to relive the reactions, the emotions. Of course, I love Carter and I don't know how I'M going to react this time around. But I am definetly watching them again!

I think those episodes are two of the best of the series and I want to see them again, even though they were extremely emotional. A lot of great moments. All in the family was the best episode since Exodus I think.

I've already watched them numerous times on tape, but am glad they're being repeated so I can put them on the same tape. Everytime I watch "All in the Family" I see something different that I missed the first time...sometimes though that's because someone here has pointed it out first!

Actually, to be honest, i haven't actually seen "all in the family" yet....I'm a college student, and watching TV on weeknights isn't always possible during the semester- i got to see "Be Still My Heart" by sheer chance because i happened to not have work due the next day and my roommates weren't around, but i had a test the next friday and missed "all in the family". I knew lucy died, because my mom told me, but the next episode i saw after "be still my heart" was "Such Sweet Sorrow", the week I came home for the summer. So, I was pretty awfully confused when I saw "May Day", since I had no idea how Carter was reacting to Lucy's death- i think my exact words were "why on God's green earth is carter shooting up in the for crying out loud trama room? Who ARE these people and what the HE** have they done with them?!?". So, I'm kind of curious to actually SEE what happens, since i've only read the recap and review.
