I have tiny black bugs with clear wings on my corn at the growing tip. They don't move around very much but there is quite a few of them on a stalk. I have lady bugs as well but not enough and I don't know if they are feeding on these bugs or not. Can someone tell me what they are, will they hurt the corn and what is an organic way to control them other than getting more lady bugs?
