following refinery is confirmed to be undergoing unplanned
maintenance.

Unit Capacity: 63,000 barrels a day
Output: 0 barrels a day
Event: The company said a line isolation device on the unit
failed during maintenance. The failure caused flaring
and hydrocarbon vapors to escape and forced the company
to shut the unit. The unit is expected to be shut for two
days.
