I own a Sony Mavica FD 95. When I purchase my camera the 64mg Memory Stick was not available. Using the floppy disks, when I viewed the images on my monitor, I had a choice of viewing formats, ie; the Mavica logo that, if double clicked, would open with the picture code underline as if it were a link. Clicking on this would open the image to full size on my screen. The other option was Quicktime for Windows. I prefer the first option. When I received my Memory Stick, the format seems to be limited to Quicktime. Does this sound like a computer issue or is it a result of the Sony software. I seem to remember Quicktime always being on my computer, in fact, on my other, older computer (an identical IBM APTIVA, except for processor) I was unable to view any JPEGs as they would load into Quicktime and the computer would completly lock up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Larry

It seems your image files are associated with Quicktime. To open them with a different program hold down the shift key while right-clicking on the file in windows explorer. Choose "open with..." in the pop-up menu. In the box that opens, choose the program with which you would like to open the file. To change the association of the file type to that program (so that it opens the file when double-clicked), check the box "always use this program to open this type of file". Hope this helps.
