Just stumbled onto this web site. Been itching to make cheese, but simply couldn't visualize the steps. This site has clear pictures, step by step. I can do this!

I can only imagine the work it took to put these pictures and the directions together so well. He also "shows" how to make the cheese press and how to make rootbeer and many other projects that I've been wanting to try.

Got a couple emails from folks who tried it and got on ok. Just to double check, I just tried again and went right to it. Hang in there, it is worth the bother. It got me inspired all over again.
