OK, I was watching my tape of "SSS" and I have always wondered this, what is "pilo" or "hilo". Because Malik says "Do you want me to dip a urine on our pilo?" And Carter said something about (either h or p)pilonephritis (sp?). Could someone please help me?

It's "pyelo," short for "pyelonephritis."
