I missed "MMIH" the first time around, because "Love's Labor Lost" had aired on TNT that day and I couldn't take another dose (excuse the pun) of "ER" that day. Now I have a whole bunch of opinions and I'd like to hear everyone else's take on this.

1. I never hated Cleo with the passion that some of you do, but she was not pleasant in this episode. So, did you hate her before you saw "MMIH," or did this episode make you hate her? She still doesn't bother me that much, but here she was awful. Probably because I like Elizabeth...

2. What happened to Abby between this ep. and their next one, "The Fastest Year?" I really liked Abby at first, and thought she'd be a great addition to the cast. Even in "Under Control," when her patient died, I felt bad for her. In this, I liked the way she handled herself. (A note: the actress that played her patient gave me chills in that final scene when she said that it was "a moment of weakness." She needs to get away from her husband, because he's way too controlling. And poor Abby realized that and couldn't do anything about it.) And then she started meddling in peoples lives and got annoying. I only half forgave her in "May Day," because she did the right thing there.

3. Carter was probably already taking something. He was aggressive and not himself. And I do not in anyway blame Carol, she was just trying to help him. She wasn't comparing the changes in their lives, she was trying to say that she knew drastic changes were hard to deal with. Poor John, still trying to protect Lucy after it was too late to do anything. I wish he'd shown more concern for her while she was alive.

4. My least favorite part of this episode that made me want to yell at the screen. "Doug's been seeing them." Um, hello? We got no clues, no hints towards this, and we of course never saw him. Couldn't TPTB have just mentioned that he'd been visiting before this? Geesh. That was very lame. I wish that just once we'd gotten to see Doug interact with his girls, I'm sure he's a wonderful father. I guess they had to wait until last minute when GC's schedule just wouldn't work out or something. Oh, well. At least we got "SSS."

5. What did the "Match Made In Heaven" title actually refer to? Peter and Cleo? Nah... Was it Lucy? Just wondering...

The title referred to Lucy getting a match but she's in Heaven now so it was called "Match Made In Heaven". You could tell Carter felt guilty about Lucy when Rhandi said her name. When she said Lucy Carter looked up real fast like she was actually there or something. Poor guy. I too wish he would have been nicer to her when she was alive. After Carol said "go back to work" he looked at her like he wanted something more convincing then that. I've always hated Cleo. I wished she would be killed off. Sorry if I offened any Cleo fans out there. You could tell that Cleo is jealous of Elizabeth. I was like whoa! The thing I hated most about the episode was seeing Cleo and Peter make out in one of the rooms. I thought I was going to be sick after seeing that. As you can tell I really hate Cleo.

Carter was not himself in this episode because he has PTSD/survivor's guilt , and guilt. Carter was also limping and in pain. I don't think carter was abusing his pain killers at this point. Carter was not acting like himself because he just got knifed a few months ago by someone. Carter was clearly exhibiting signs of PTSD in this episode not drug abuse. Carter's insomnia , irritability, moodiness etc. are classic signs of post traumatic stress disorder. Carter day's clearly was made worse be being reminded about his guilt/survivor guilt over Lucy by receiving that match letter. Carter was clearly limping and in pain and was not overmedicating at this point because he was in a lot more pain than he was during the few weeks he was clearing overmedicating( Loose Ends- May Day) in conjunction with his already established PTSD/guilt/survivors guilt.

Jessica- one more comment I forgot to add. The scene with Carol, Carter, and Pablo. When Pablo knocks over the tray and Carter reacts by giving him Haldol (I think he was put in restraints as wll but I don't remember) I think he was remembering back to when he should have done that with Paul and he was trying to make up for it or something like that. That's JMO though.
