Can anyone help?

I have been using a MemoryStick with a floppydrive adaptor for about a month and all of a sudden I keep getting this problem when I start up my PC. It says that no driver can be found and the monitor will terminate.

I click OK and then if I o to my computer and click on the A drive (if I'm lucky enough to have it even come up), my computer locks up to where I cant even do CAD. I have uninstalled the driver, reinstalled the driver, etc. etc. I have deleted the MemStick from Startup and it works for a little bit and then does it again.

I have found that if I do a Format MemoryStick from the programs as soon as the computer boots up, it will then read it but that won't work well if I have data that I want to transfer.

Any ideas???
