Has anyone had any problems with the Union Plus VISA card? We are getting charged a $29.00 late fee when our payment arrives on the due date. Our statement states the due date to be the 27th. Our payment arrived , per the statement, on the 27th. Yet the late charge assessment was posted on the 26th! We have gotten nothing but the run-around from this company when we call to complain. Please reply if you have any experience with this company.

We had this same thing happen to us one time, I called the "800" number to complain and they took the late fee off without any problems. The next month there wasn't any sign of it.
