Wednesday's glitch is the latest in a series
of technical woes that have plagued the
Toronto exchange in the past year. In early
June, Nortel was halted for more than four
hours after unexplained technical problems
halted trading. And in early March, the TSE
suffered a major breakdown that halted all
trading for more than two and a half hours.
