Does the monument to the pioneers in Civic Center,opposite the Bart station have the names of the pioneers carved on it?

I do not believe so. It was merely an artistic rendition by the sculptor Douglas Tilden

There are names of some pioneers around the central pedestal: Lick (the donor), Fremont, Drake, Serra, Sutter

The Pioneer Monument is not by Tilden. It is by Hapersberger. It is earlier than Tilden. Tilden did do 3 monuments on Market Street. The Spanish American War Monument on Dolores, The Birth of California on Montgomery, and The Foundry Monume
