Poole you got it right on when you gave the WND the Flying Pig - they deserve so much more. If you've ever checked in on www.afa.net, you'll find the self-righteous fundy prudes who are responsible for most of the copy on that site. The AFA will often quote the World Net Daily when they need a "legitimate" news source. Here's some of the things the AFA would like to take away from us: Pokemon (I agree with them on that, pokemon is EVIL!) Harry Potter 7 Up's "Make Seven Up Yours" ad campaign Duncan Yo-Yo's "Show Us Your Finger" ad campaign NBC's "God, the Devil and Bob" (they won that fight) FOX's "Temptation Island" . . . it goes on and on, and if you're interested in supporting the people who the AFA hate, then just log onto their site, check out the "Action Alert" and send a little message of support to whoever they are attacking this week!

When you stumble across the stranger things on the Net, the first thing you should try to do is hit the "about us" or "who we are" buttons and try to establish where the site owners and writers are coming from. BRER Wildman has made a nice "career" about of his attempts to CENSOR every form of media that disagrees with BRER WILDMAN. AFA's "about us" is at http://www.afa.net/about.asp .

It is Wildman's rant site that is anti-media, anti-gay, anti- "anything he feels like" while "protection yoRE very own chilluns".

BUT WND doesn't just front for him. WND is an equal opportunity Fringer, clipping "ideas" from anyone they feel like.

IN Y2k, they would reprint Hyatt's or Adam's crap or some of the other "SELF APPOINTED NON-EXPERTS". In return,Adams, Hyatt, North, and the Whirling Dervishes of "prep" on TB 2000 Version 1.0 would LINK or COPY WND's Bull shit.

WND was BLATANT about one thing that should have tipped off any casual reader. For most of the pre-1/1/2000 time, FARAH and WND were PEDDLING "SUPPLIES to PREPARE FOR Y2k". He didn't just link to anothe rweb site as LoserWire did. WND would have it right on the same pages as the BEWARE Y2k IS COMING GARBAGIO.

MRC is my favorite site. They fool people into thinking they are doing "research", when they are really just another right-wing propaganda machine run by conservatives. Just like WND and NewsMax, except these guys came up with a better disguise. I love it!
