Do you make New Year's Resolutions, or do you try for self-improvement whenever the notion strikes you?

I wonder if I can get away with saying I do a bit of both? The thing that's so inspiring about New Year's Resolutions is the fact that you've got a whole new, fresh year ahead of you. The new year, for me, is as good a reason as any other to review my life and see what improvements I'd like to make.At the same time, I'm not going to hang out for the next January 1st to arrive if, say, on February 3rd I realise there's a change I'd like to make in my life. I do like the "new, fresh (some-measurement- of-time)" thing, though, and I just can't seem to apply that to days so I'll usually go with weeks. "On Sunday," I tell myself, "I'll start trying to incorporate more healthy food into my diet."
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. A bit like New Year's, really. It depends entirely on your resolve.

Shoot if I made any resoulutions I'd have to write them down because I would forget them. Then I would forget where I wrote them.. heh heh

I do not make New Year's Resolutions. It is hard enough to make myself behave as it is, I just don't have time to breaking and/or fighting resolutions. But I do have fun.
