In last Thursday's episode when James Belushi's character was complaining of his chest tube hurting him, did Carter really make a mistake or was it because of his heart problems? Since he didn't know he had a heart condition, he would have thought it was his chest tube, but I didn't see if they ever clarified whether Carter messed it up or if it was the guy's heart.

i really don't think carter made a mistake. any invasive procedure a doctor does on your body is going to hurt, even if they give you some type of pain medication. James Belushi's character had a tube in his chest...i imagine that would hurt! but he also was having pain from his heart problem as well
