The word is Essenes who were a religious sect people who lived in Palestine 200BC to 1000AD. It is sprouted wheat which has higher vitamins, minerals and protien than normal. It is good for people with sensitive digestive systyems and those with an intolerance to yeast,salt and dairy products.It is also good for people on some types of cancer recovery diets.
