Interesting site. Have you been able to locate listings for prior times, say back into '99. Would be fun to compare history of unplanned over time to ascertain any trends.

Back in Dec '00 there was aSJ Mercury article with some data on stas of power generation. Indicated about 13% planned, 12% unplanned and 8% down due to emission limits. Nothing since. Per the cited lists it would appear that the unplanned now exceeds the planned.
