KABC-TV, channel 7 in Los Angeles is reporting on 18:30 news that a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order, requiring a "major power supplier" to continue to supply electricity to California through 15:00 tomorrow. Another hearing is scheduled at that time. Reason for the restraining order was "public safety"
