Yes, under certain circumstances. If a person were to have an allergy to wheat or gluten, this could be an issue. I recently responded to a query in which yeast was to be avoided due to a gastrointestinal problem. This seems to be increasingly common. There may be other issues that are more obscure, but I have yet to be briefed on these. From a dietetic/health standpoint, check with your physician.

I have witnessed someone hit a person on the head with a baguette once, does that count?
