My friend and I were talking last night about the most recent episode, "Witch Hunt" and she asked me if I thought that Mark had really passed his competency tests. I took it for face value that he had, but she reminded me that he TORE up the report! So was he telling Elizabeth the truth or did he lie to her and tore up the evidence?

Well, considering it would be pretty trivial to find out whether he really passed or not, tearing up that particular piece of evidence wouldn't accomplish much..
