Hi Barbara,

I find both of these sites to be extremely useful:

http://www.htmlhelp.com/bbs/

http://www.AskMe.com

Go into the computer help section at askme. When I ask a question there I post it to all Experts and not just one specific person. I find that way you get a better variety of answers. You even get to rate the experts answer you find the most useful.

Tell your friend I said "Good Luck".

Laura
