I don't know what this is about specifically (point me to the thread, please), but if you've let *me* stop you from speaking your mind, only you are to blame.

How can you actually sit there and think that he doesn't want conversation? Why the hell do you think he starts these threads? You say he's being a "prick", but I can point to at least a half dozen Shrub "supporters" who are WORSE, both here and at Unk's. Didn't notice you mention them; in fact, I've seen you DEFEND them.

So who's being a "political prick" here, Carlos? Who's REALLY wearing "either ... rose or 20/800 colored glasses"?

I've told you people before that if any of you bothered to put aside your partisanship for five minutes you'd SEE that Doc is a centrist but as usual you see only what you want to see. And you blame others for it.

Here is one for ya Carlos...For darn near a year I think, we all had to listen to Chicken Little praise the good folks of NC after they weathered "the storm". Well California is feeling the first affects of their own Floyd caused by a huge mess in their Electrical supply. Where is Chicken in support of the folks in California? How is it conceivable this man now has the balls to line-up behind a guy who has told Californians,,,too bad, in the face of rolling black-outs?

May not be Floyd, but how about a little neighborly compassion and hand for Californians? What? are they just too Hollywierd? too Liberal? to give a crap over? Freaking over 10 million fellow dittoheads in Cali, do they just get the same treatment reserved for them bums the Clintonistas?

Where is the outrage over an administration who basically has told Californians and a good chunk of the West, to fuck-off? With major indications this decision is based exclusively on paying back crooks within the Energy business who helped finance Dubya's presidential run? Call me a whiner, but come on now.

At a minimum the Bush reply on California has been they lack generating capacity. How long does that take to correct? So why has Bush not even bothered to offer temporary measures to ease the transition? maybe Price Caps are not good, but who said they have to last? The FERC I hate to tell you, by law is dropping the ball here and nobody, including the supposed Liberal Media, has said squat one on it. Cept of course to parrot the Enron thru Bush sales pitch.
