I know a couple of years ago I had some clients hosted by them and when I ran in to problems, their "Free 24/7" tech support was an 800 number which had a recording that directed you to fill out the support form on their website! That usually produced an "incident report" and the autoresponse that the incidents are "usually responded to within 24 - 48 hours. I wasn't happy about that at all and pulled the sites. They may have changed their policy now, but I would definitely find out about that before you commit.

Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with Interland.com for hosting? My boss is pushing strongly to go with them but I would like to get any comments or opinions about them before we sign. I do appreciate any feedback.
