Help please - I need to dry bread for a craft basket. Does anyone know how the nice shiny appearance is obtained? Thanks

Bake your bread as usual then shut oven down and let it sit in the oven as if you were baking meriguenes-overnight at 100-140 degrees. When your bread is cooled completly spray loaf with polyurethene finish. Enjoy
