Hi,

I recently bought a bread machine. The bread that turns out from the bread machine is unsatisfactory - first of all, it is brownish instead of slightly off-white. Secondly, the texture is quite hard, compared with the commercial ones which are soft and spongy. Somehow, I feel that my bread taste more like cake. Anyone has any suggestions to improve my bread?
