I saw a recipie for tomato soup cake in a coutryside from a few yrs back. i can't recall issue now. But i don't have the chance right now to look, but will tomorrow. If i forget pleas ee-mail me privately to remind me. Be glad to look it up and type it for you. take care.

Here is the receipe for Tomatoe Soup Cake. 2 cups flour, 1 teas cinnamon, 1/2teas. nutmeg, 1/2 teas. cloves, 1/4 teas. salt, 2 teas bakeing powder,1 teas bakeing soda. 1/2 cup shortning,1 cup sugar,brown. 1 can tomatoe soup rinse with a little water. 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. cream shortning and sugar, alternately add dry ingredients, and soup Bake 350 for 40 or 50 mins I use a loaf pan about 9 by 12. frost with cream cheese frosting one package of cream cheese, 2 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar. 3 or 5 teas hot milk.1 teas vanilla.cream cheese and add sugar, add hot milk,and vanilla.
