Steve,Check out www. feathersite.com, then tyupe coop plans into the search feature. They have lots of links for small chicken houses.
I also saw one yesterday that was made out of a dog house that fit 3-4 chickens I think. Any chance of you being able to scavenge/acquire/beg/borrow a used dog house??? Let me know if this will work and I'll dig around for the web address.
Good Luck!

Look at the new Countryside, page 50 - it has a design for a small portable chicken/quail house.

A decent sized doghouse would work with some adaptation (close-able door, nest box extended, and a perch).

Depending on where you are located you may want to try a pallet shelter A-frame. Use a pallet as the floor and then cover with plywood or hardware cloth and frame the sides and use plywood or wire to cover the sides and ends. You can add a nest box at one end and even make it accessable from the outside and a little coop door to the outside if you'd like. Inexpensive and very easy to make. Looks nice too.Otherwise, here is a good site to try: http://www.dashlink.com/~rockingt/link-housing.html
