I bought a nikon Ls-2000 scanner about 2 months ago and I am Having a problem with the output size.....if i try to make the output size to big or if it runs off the scan window my whole scanner shuts down.....gives me about 3 errors that say something about kernels or something to that effect....the support people told me it was cause of windows ME but half the people there have no clue they just read through a book and if they cant find the answer there they just blame it on something else....can anyone give me any info on my errors that i get please....is nikon tellin the truth or just feeding me crap cause they dont know...they say there PROBLY working on a fix for it and keep checking the site for an upgrade...but with 3 new scanners out i dont think there going to care much about the ls-2000 anymore...please help
