I have a Specific Learning Disability and I will become a single parent in a year or so through the adoption process. I'd like to talk to single parents with and without disabilties who either are currently raising children or who plan to do so in the near future. Hey! I was just perusing this site as I am in the process of starting a non-profit organization to specifically deal with the issues of single parents with children. D epending on the disability, of course, (I have M.S.), it can be impossible to clean a house, buy groceries, cook dinner, pick your child up from school, etc. It will be along process but I need to apply for grants to do this and am beginning my own website. Perhaps you can start one as well in Jersey? (I'm from there)
