Just a question... who weeps for the children killed at Waco?
-- Anonymous, May 08, 2001
Another question…..Who weeps for the four ATF agents murdered by Koresh and his whacked out freaks? The death of those children rests on Koresh’s head….they were hostages, held by that nut bag and his apostles.

Another question…..Who weeps for the four ATF agents murdered by Koresh and his whacked out freaks? hopefully, nobody!! The bastards deserved what they got trying to storm a private citizens house! The death of those children rests on Koresh’s head….they were hostages, held by that nut bag and his apostles. So you are telling me those children In Waco deserved to die by burning to death??? Now tell again who is gutless!! Seems to me that courage to face the truth is sorely lacking in our rush to vengence.... Revenge - a dish best served cold!

After those chldren in Waco burned to death at the hands of the Federal Government Agents, all the buildings that were left standing were bulldozed and transported to an unknown burial site.No embarrassing evidence left behind for anyone to find. All that remains is a coverup for their collective ass's.Anyone who believes the Government slant will believe anything.

bold off?
and anyone who falls for the right wingnut spin will believe anything.
how selective is the "moral outrage" and "moral indignation" of you two. CPR never once said those children deserved to die, yet there's one of the right wingnuts claiming those agents deserved to die. what kind of a "god" do you idiots worship?
did it ever occur to you that koresh set that fire himself to make martyrs of "his people"? to make it look as if the government was responsible? to incite an act such as the bombing of the OKC building? why is it so hard to believe that a psychopath who thought himself Christ could do this?
when, if ever, have you people had an original thought? do yourself a favor; turn off the radio. think for yourself. you might then figure out what true "justice" is.

McVeigh Gets Music to Die By
By Jill Serjeant
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh (news - web sites) will go to his death next week with a trumpet fanfare -- written especially for him -- ringing in his ears.
The fanfare is the closing section of a musical ``prequiem'' or prefuneral tribute to McVeigh called ``Ave Atque Vale'' (''Onward Valiant Soldier'') that its composer plans to play for McVeigh at a vigil to be broadcast over a radio station on the day of the execution.
David Woodard, a Los Angeles composer, said Wednesday the 12 1/2 minute piece is intended to bring comfort to the man guilty of the worst act of terrorism ever committed on American soil -- the 1995 bombing that killed 168 men, women and children at the Alfred P. Murrah federal building (news - web sites).
Woodard, however, draws parallels with Jesus Christ, who, he says, like McVeigh ``was 33 and nearly universally despised at the time of his execution.''
``I think it will resonate with him. I think it will lift his spirits...My intention is to provide comfort to Tim McVeigh,'' Woodard told Reuters on Wednesday.
Woodard is a soft-spoken musician who while disagreeing with McVeigh's ``horrible crime'' says he finds himself ``awed by who he is and his circumstances.'' Woodward is a lonely voice of sympathy in a nation repulsed by the remorseless bomber.
The composer has gone to extraordinary lengths to get his melancholy composition performed in public and heard by McVeigh in the final hours before his May 16 execution by lethal injection.
Refused permission by prison officials to perform the piece inside the jail at Terre Haute, Indiana, at the same time as McVeigh is put to death, Woodard will instead conduct the prequiem during a May 15 vigil at a nearby Catholic Church.
To Be Played On Radio
Acting on advice by letter from McVeigh, Woodard has asked an Indiana university student radio station to which McVeigh listens to broadcast the performance. It may also be picked up by television stations. McVeigh will have access to a radio and television until one hour before his scheduled 7 a.m. execution.
``I think it is worth my efforts to do something on his behalf because he is such an unusual person. The way in which he has managed himself (after the bombing) is unfathomably mindful and composed and I feel he deserves some sort of tribute,'' Woodard said.
Woodard says McVeigh shares with Christ ``a messianic quality.'' He speaks of the ``inhuman duress'' under which McVeigh now operates as he faces his own death, and calls him ``an amazing, albeit misguided talent.''
Woodard has written and performed several requiems and what he calls prequiems -- which are intended to be performed for a person while that person is dying -- but said this project had been met with almost universal opposition from friends.
``Everyone I have mentioned it to has tried to dissuade me, and told me it will be misinterpreted and will only bring me trouble,'' he said.
He wishes no disrespect or offense to the families of those who died in the truck bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building, and has had no contact with victim groups.
``I do not have any desire to aggravate any of those people in Oklahoma City, who must be feeling incredibly disconnected and psychically bruised, and I feel horrible for them.
``But this piece is not related to that (crime). It is related to this person who did that horrible deed and his circumstances as they are now,'' said Woodard.
