I have been making bread using a Sanyo "Big Loaf" bread machine. However, I have a problem slicing bread (even when it has almost cooled completely!), as it's either too thin or too thick or grossly uneven. I have been using a Zilling Henckels breadknife. I am wondering whether there is an appliance used to slice bread specifically. I live in Malaysia, and would appreciate any information and tips.
