Regarding when to raise preflop, I noticed Sklansky's raising requirements seem much more loose than Lee Jones'. I am guessing Sklansky's raising requirements are for a tighter $5-10 or $10-20 game while Lee Jones' raising requirements are for a loose $3-6 game.
