I am in the municpal bond business and underwrite taxable municipal single family housing bond issues. THe proceeds of these issues are used to generate below market mortgages for first time home buyers. Are these issues, which are generally structured as PAC maturities, eligible for CRA credit? If so, is a list of bank investors in taxable muni's maintained by a regulatory agency?

Is there a list of banks needing CRA credit posted somewhere?
