Is batter kept at room temperature or in the frig?? Can the extra cups be stored in the frig or frozen for future use??

Answers

The starter is kept at room temperature and fed ever few days with a stir/feed cycle. Two loaves of bread are baked every ten days with a remaining three cups of starter that can either be given away, baked, or kept to cycle again.
