I have tried many times over the last few years to bake bread. Every time I have it turns out HEAVY, it weighs a ton. It seems to rise fine and everything but it is so heavy instead of light and fluffy. I have tried many recipes and it always turns out the same. I just finished trying a no kneading recipe and even it was heavy. Anyone know what might be causing this?? Thank You!
