It breaks my heart to do this, but I just listed my Wheeler cheese press on ebay. I purchased the press in England and brought it home thinking I would use it when I got some goats. Well, I still haven't settled down enough to get goats so I am going to sell the cheese press. It has never been used, so it's in great condition.
