Dear Juno member,We sincerely apologize for the poor service you have experienced with Juno WebMail for the past two weeks. During this time, our WebMail provider has been upgrading their systems and has encountered some unexpected difficulties.
While this upgrade has been taking place, the service has been very slow, making it difficult for you to read and write mail and access your stored information. We are very sorry for this and regret any inconvenience it has caused you.
Unfortunately, while our WebMail provider has assured us that the service will return to normal shortly, they cannot guarantee when this will happen. Until then, we expect that the service will continue to experience delays, which may inhibit your ability to read and write new mail and to access stored mail and addresses.
If you do not see the folders containing your saved messages or the entries in your address book during this upgrade period, please be assured that YOUR DATA IS NOT LOST. All information will be restored to your account shortly after the upgrade is completed.
Again, we are very sorry. We are working very hard to restore your service to normal as quickly as possible. If you have any specific problems or questions, please contact Member Services at webmail@support.juno.com for assistance.
Sincerely,
Charles Ardai President & CEO Juno Online Services, Inc.
