had problems with my pretec 520 from day one. my computer use to jam. i had to re install windows. never could use my pretec as webcam. when ever i used netmeeting i never got connected and image on my screen use to split in three, four or more section. now my pretec has jammed on the "earse all" mode and cannot use at all now.is there a program to sort this out or is my camera 'dead meat' now.
