Is there a book or web site that compares different breeds of goats?

Shoot Paul, what did you want to know? Between the group of us most of us have had all the major breeds. Vicki

I think for doing a comparison http://www.ansi.okstate.edu/breeds/ is a very nice site not just for goats but for all or most livestock.

What kind of goats are good for clearing brush? We are in SW Arkansas and have about 30 acres that is covered with a type of hedgeplant that is evergreen and very prolific. Any types that would be good for this application? We do have coyotes, so they would have to be penned at night. We have a border collie to do guard duty during the day.Martha
