Do any of you have good, creative ideas on what to do with left over evaporated milk. My choc fudge icecream topping i made today didn't use the whole can!

I hate to let the 4 oz i have left go to waste!

Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays. Sometimes I through a couple of cubes in when cooking hot cereal or put the cubes in a freezer bad and use as needed.

I've been known to dump it in with the regular milk or on a generous day, into the cat's bowl!
