Hello~ I would like a recipe for some delicious goat milk fudge. If possible, I would like it to have honey as the sweetner, but not a neccessity. Thanks for your help :o)))

Mix 2 cups of sugar, 2 1/2 squares baking chocolate, 1 cup goat milk,and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a heavy pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to 236 degrees on a candy thermometer, or to soft ball stage (a few drops dribbled into cold water can be formed into a soft ball).

Remove from heat, add 1 cup of chopped nuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and about a tablespoon of goat butter. Beat until thick and creamy.

Pour into buttered dish and when cool, cut itno squares.
