Seems a virus has been sent from my puter. I know nothing about it as I DON'T OPEN ANY ATTATCHMENTS----FROM ANYBODY!!! I have no idea how it got into my puter. I'll have to have my puter tech to check it out for me. I get all kinds of junk [spam AND viruses] in my emails but delete them immediately.

Same thing happened to me - It's a variation of the IloveYou or the Melissa. I was sent a message entitled "Need your Advice" from a co- worker. It was a fellow employee asking for advice on her salary. I clicked and all H*LL broke loose. She was infected and it sent hungreds of email messages to randomn people with sensitive company financial info. They all replied with Hate Mail - We obvious don't know when or where we recieved it. Everybody in the company was affected.

Hoot, I don't think you posting or not will affect anything. But you sure need to have your computer checked out, and I wouldn't send out any emails directly to anyone. The email forward on Lusenet is kapoot anyway. best to you and I hope you get it eradicated quickly!

Quick update!!! First off--my anti-virus didn't catch this'n. Puter tech never heard of how this got sent out from my puter. I was infected from it an email I received---without even opening it. I have it "quarentined" but will have to have the tech out to delete it as something else is ruined in my program files hindering me from that task. I'll not email anybody until it's fixed!!! Sorry for all the problems I've caused but it was un-intentional. Sure is a drag to be so puter dumb!!! BTW--I'm using a fake email until it's cleared up. ole hoot. Matt.24:44

Hey Folks! Good news!! My puter tech was out this mornin--ALL MORNIN! He got this nasty virus all taken care of and the ole puter up and runnin. It's now safe for me to email other folks again. I did lose some emails sent to me in the last 5 days or so. It's just good to be back online and not hav'n to worry about infectin other puters. ole hoot. Matt.24:44
