Has everything been said?greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread |
Been awfully quiet 'round here lately... is everyone off on an espionage-for-hire job? If things don't pick up, I'll start talking to myself. :)

Well, as it is, I will explain my abscence. My car and all my I.D. was stolen by gang members and later found in a ditch by the local police. Sorta left me at a loss for words, and a wish for Aeon's gun and markmanship.

I stole it. You deserved it. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm late for my jap-scat photo session.

It doesn't matter bout the car I drive or the ice around my neck, all that matters is that you recognize that it's just about respect, it doesn't matter bout the clothes I wear and where I go and why. This must be pop.

I take it this is from the next generation of MTV's audience.....

Indeed, Barb. That was truly, well, um, different? So sorry to hear about your news, that sucks. What's everybody else's reason? hmmmm?

Let's start afresh with a new topic. Has anyone had a dream about Aeon Flux? I dreamt I was walking about in Monica. It was beautiful. The architecture is awesome. You should go there.

My reason is that my computer had crashed, and up until about an hour ago, I was netless for half the month. But, I'm back now, thankfully.
-- Mat Rebholz (loquat@csranet.com), July 31, 2001.
my good reason would be that I havent had anything from the mailing list so I thought the place was dead for the summer. just popped in now out of wanton disbelief that this place could be quiet for so long. and I was kinda right...

moving house, new computer, starting business etc...
-- William (stateofflux@yahoo.com), August 01, 2001.
hang in there Barb, things get better.I have also caught myself believing that I have Monican spy skills, damn reality.
-- William (stateofflux@yahoo.com), August 01, 2001.
William, you have touched on a subject that I've always wanted to address in a column, but feared the reaper about it...spying. Perhaps someday...
-- Barb e. (Suesuebeo9@cs.com), August 02, 2001.
Nothing as constructive or socially redeeming as William, but I have been busy the last couple of weeks setting up a lil' home studio ;) Maybe you'll hear my tracks one day..."only" keyboards and recording equipment to go! Whoo-hoo!

Yeah! I'm so glad everyone's still around. (pixi does a little pixi dance)
-- pixi (pixiness@yahoo.com), August 02, 2001.

-- steve (steppenwolf@breathe.com), August 02, 2001.
I moved far away from internet access, or excess as some might punnify it. So blame me and my stupid progressing life.

As for me, I found The Lord. He was in one of my couch cushions.
-- Kiru Banzai (kirub@home.com), August 07, 2001.
You could've found Him in all that time. We're expecting great things from you...
