Her sister just died from cancer, and she's lonely. There is also a herd of pygmy's, an older LaMancha doe, and her offspring that are half and halves :) selling very inexpensively here near Cleveland TX, north of Houston. I have not seen the LaMancha doe since she left here several years ago. So I can't recommend anything, other than she originally came from very nice breeding. Call Patty 281-659-9189

Jen - do you have any other animals that she can bond with? I lost one of my goats last year and her sister went into a major depression. They were both 6 years old. But I spent more time with her and arranged the barn so she could "visit" with the horses, but escape from them if need be. Slowly, slowly, she started coming around. Now she seems content, not as active as when she had her sister, but it's hard to tell right now cause of the heat. Not the ideal situation, but it beats having to find a home for her. I figured it would be easier on her to adjust here than to have to adjust in a new home with new friends.
