I would like to have instructions for canning goats milk.

I canned goats milk one year but won't do it again. It was okay for cooking with but not drinking. I also froze milk. I ended up throwing it all away. I have found that to preserve the milk for later use...make cheese.

Fill jars to 1 inch of head room and then hot water bath for one hour is what I do. It is o.k. for cooking but as stated before, I didn't care for it for drinking.
