PARTY ANIMALS By JESSICA SOMMAR and RITA DELFINER --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

http://www.nypost.com/news/regionalnews/3659.htm September 6, 2001 -- This high-powered couple could face up to a year in prison for allegedly hosting an X-rated high-school football bash where students as young as 15 licked whipped cream off a stripper's nude body. Investment banker Robert Wien, 50, senior managing director at Josephthal & Co. and his wife, Rochelle, whose son is a football player at Horace Greeley HS in Chappaqua, told cops the Saturday-night party was meant to kick off the team's new season, police said.

The couple was arrested after cops investigating a noise complaint went to the rear of their New Castle home and saw a woman " on a deck area who was lying on her back without any clothes on," the police report said.

The couple was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.

The Wiens were issued desk-appearance tickets and are due in court on the misdemeanor charges next Thursday. If convicted, they could face up to a year in jail.

There were about three dozen guests, ages 15 to 18, at the party, including some girls, authorities said.

The refreshments included beer and pot, said District Attorney Jeanine Pirro.

"The parents were present and aware of what was going on, not just in terms of the alcohol that was being imbibed by these high-schoolers but in terms of the actual sexual acts that were taking place in their back yard," she said.

"This nude dancer, with the assistance of some of the high-school students, was inserting objects into private parts of her body, as well as putting whipped cream on parts of her body that was then being licked by some of the students.

"She was naked at the time, other than wearing boots," the DA said.

The stripper was midway through her $325, hourlong act when cops showed up and told her to put her clothes on.

Pirro said the stripper - whose name she did not disclose - "apparently was hired by some students."

The dancer, who was said to be in her mid-30s, was not charged.

Prosecutors are "not interested in filing charges against the students," the DA said.

Chappaqua Schools Superintendent James Donovan said the allegations were "mind-boggling" and that the school did not know which students were at the party.

If none is charged, "we might not be able to discipline any students," he said.

It was the second alleged sexcapade involving Greeley HS. In May, two seniors were arrested for allegedly operating a Web site that listed female classmates' supposed sex secrets.

Pirro's office dropped charges in that case on First Amendment grounds. "Even though it was disgusting, a law was not broken," a spokesman with the DA's office said.

Robert Wien did not return a phone call yesterday.
