does anyone have any experience with burning barley in a corn or pellet stove? here in northern maine, our season isnt long enough to grow low moisture corn but barley is a well suited crop.

you should be able to burn most anything in a wood stove, even barley. I know someone who burns cow patties in his corn stove,, cheaper still. Just make sure its dry
