I need to find further information on the Service Management Assessment PD0015. I have had a look at some of the ITIL websites.

Have you looked at the BSI web site http://www.bsi-global.com?

If not it may be worth looking at the IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF) web site http://www.itsmf.com.

In the latest ITSMF newsletter (Service Talk) there is a opportunity to comment on the latest BS15000 material which may also be of interest to you.
